Order Cancellations
Customers may request an order cancellation within 12 hours of placing their order.
After 12 hours, orders enter processing and preparation, meaning we are unable to cancel or refund the order.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements are only eligible under the following conditions:
• The order was canceled within the 12-hour cancellation window.
• The item arrived damaged or defective during shipping.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
• clear photos of the damaged item
• clear photos of the packaging
This helps our support team review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
CoolNest™ is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
